Privacy Policy – ForYouSeries Apps

Welcome to ForYouSeries, a collection of thoughtful, privacy-first apps designed to help you focus, create, and grow — including Hue for You, Frame for You, and Read for You.

Each app is built for your personal use — offline, secure, and fully private. We believe your creativity and journaling belong to you, not to us or anyone else.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information across the ForYouSeries apps and our website.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We respect your privacy.
Unless you voluntarily choose to share your work through the “Get Featured” page, we do not collect, store, or share any personal or app usage data.

Specifically:

We do not collect personal identifiers (like name, email, or location) during normal app use.
We do not track your in-app activity, habits, or analytics.
We do not use third-party trackers or analytics SDKs.
Your offline notes, writings, photos, and drawings remain stored locally on your device.

2. When You Choose to Get Featured

Each app includes an optional “Get Featured” page/screen where users can choose to showcase their creative work (e.g., writings, photos, artworks) to other users.

If you choose to submit:

You’ll be redirected to our official website to fill out a submission form.
The form may ask for limited information such as:
- Your name or display name (to credit your work)
- Social media handles
- The content or file(s) you want featured
Your submission is manually reviewed by our team.
If approved, it will be uploaded to our Firebase project and displayed on the “Get Featured” section of the app for approximately 30 days.

During this period:

Other users can view your submission but cannot interact (no comments, likes, or messages).
You may request removal of your submission at any time (see Section 6).

3. Data Storage and Retention

Featured submissions are temporarily stored in our Firebase project (managed by Google Firebase).
After 30 days, they are automatically or manually removed.
All offline data (journals, notes, images, drawings, etc.) are stored locally on your device and never uploaded unless you explicitly submit them through the feature form.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use:

Google Firebase – to securely host approved submissions for display on the “Get Featured” screen.
Firebase’s infrastructure follows strong encryption and security standards.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or any other third-party service that collects personal data.

5. Security

We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect data shared voluntarily through the submission form. However, please remember that no method of online transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We take all possible steps to handle your data responsibly and delete it promptly when no longer needed.

6. Your Rights

If you’ve submitted your work and wish to:

Withdraw your submission,
Update or correct details, or
Request deletion before the 30-day period ends,

you can contact us directly via the form (Contact Us Page).
We’ll honor your request promptly.

7. Children’s Privacy

ForYouSeries apps are intended for users aged 5+ and above.
We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 5. If you believe a child has submitted data, please contact us immediately for removal(only if you think if it's violating any thing legal).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above.
We encourage you to review this policy from time to time.
